My most important goal in the building industry  is to create and build my clients visions, using  quality materials and  superior workmanship . My history in the building field dates back to early years working in my families construction company.  Through the years I have built over 20 homes ranging from modest to sophisticated . It has been my passion to achieve exceptional workmanship and outstanding results. With over 12 years of experience I've mastered each phase of construction that includes, site work, foundations, framing, trim & molding. Cabinetry, window installations, custom stairs,   and deck building. My communication skills with sub contractors and architects can help save both time and money for residential as well as commerical projects.

Responsible for co-ordinating, state and local permits, hiring, contractors, meeting with building inspectors for approval, calculatingg budgets. Site prep, foundation, Installation of cabinetry, siding, decks, customs railing

Hired as Engineer: Project: Installing Fiber Optic Cable, responsibilities: Planning start up project. contracting machinery and man power. General site work, inspection. Approvals from the state and loca Also responsible for onsite personnel and budget planning.
